A. FABRICATION ASSISTANTS ON CONTRACT

A.1 Sheet Metal Worker 17 posts (6 UR, 3 OBC, 7 SC*, 1 EWS) *3 SC Backlog

A.2 Welder 30 posts (12 UR, 8 OBC, 8 SC*, 2 EWS) *2 SC Backlog

Qualification: Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.

Minimum of three years post qualification experience/training in a Shipyard/Engineering Company/Public Sector Undertakings.

B. OUTFIT ASSISTANTS ON CONTRACT

B.1 Fitter 214 posts (112 UR, 56 OBC, 23 SC, 2 ST, 21 EWS)

B.2 Mechanic Diesel 22 posts (9 UR, 7 OBC, 4 SC, 2 EWS)

B.3 Mechanic Motor Vehicle 7 posts (5 UR, 1 SC, 1 EWS)

B.4 Fitter Pipe (Plumber) 36 posts (15 UR, 11 OBC, 7 SC*, 3 EWS) *1 SC Backlog

B.5 Painter 5 posts (4 UR, 1 EWS)

B.6 Electrician 85 posts (39 UR, 27 OBC, 10 SC, 1 ST, 8 EWS)

Total Number of Posts 671 posts (341 UR, 183 OBC, 84 SC, 3 ST, 60 EWS)

Period of Contract : All posts above are temporary in nature and for a maximum period of three years subject to project requirements and performance. III. Remuneration The remuneration details during the first year of contract are detailed under: a) For posts at Sl. No. A, B and C, Fabrication/Outfit Assistants/Scaffolder - Consolidated pay of ` 18400/-per month and compensation for extra hours of work limited to ` 4200/- per month. b) For post at Sl. No. D and E, Aerial Work Platform Operator/Semi Skilled Rigger - Consolidated pay of ` 17400/- per month and compensation for extra hours of work limited to ` 4200/- per month.

Age: The upper age limit prescribed for the posts shall be 30 years as on 15 November 2019.
