Inspire new supporters to raise donation for women empowerment.
Ask to increase amount during maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters
Organizing outdoor events and road trips for donation collections to acquire a donor
Support in new and imaginative acquisition activities, many of them involve organizing activity with the help of existing supporters
Will be responsible to get references from new donors
Raising awareness of the charity and its work
Coordination with donors for web-based fundraising
Will work to maintain and to increase donation Average Donation Size (ADS)
Will be responsible to maintain the good relation with donors
Coordinate with MIS person to manage and update databases to get correct incentive
Should reach on time at donor’s address, if lead comes from Tele Calling to do Tele-facing
Will not be involved in any kind of Malpractice
Will complete their assign target on time
Will report to assign manager/leader
Sometime we’ll work on night permission, then fundraiser have to manage accordingly To achieve the targeted numbers in terms of donors as well as income.
Responsible for working on donor acquisition and retentions as per target given by team leader.
