WORK WITH US!

As a Face2Face Fundraiser-

⦁ You will be actively and positively engaging with the public motivating them to support charities and inspiring them to make a difference by supporting our fund-raising efforts. You will have the opportunity to work on various charities across India· 

⦁ Identify and recruit quality donors using methods outlined in New Starter training and through ongoing training and support.

⦁ Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and manage this data safely and securely.

⦁ Participate in training and coaching sessions as required by Face2Face Fundraising India.

⦁ Work with your Team Leader and Team Manager to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.

⦁ In this public-facing role, you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with the company's values.

⦁ This is a field-based role, you will be expected to work in malls, markets, tech parks and other public locations.

⦁ Initially, you will be working as an individual contributor and over some time if the performance is good you will be promoted to a team-handling role.

Requirements-

⦁ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

⦁ Ability to confidently speak in public and engage with a diverse range of individuals

⦁ Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

⦁ Attention to detail and accuracy in recording donor information

⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

⦁ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events

⦁ Passion for making a positive impact and contributing to meaningful causes

Experience:

· No experience in the same field is required as full training will be provided.

· If you’ve worked in the following positions: promoter, retail field expert, advertising expert, marketing expert, Business Development Associate, fundraising or sales associate (B2B, B2C), then you are the best fit for the role.

You will be working on the payrolls of Face2Face Fundraising. Also, initially, you will be on 3 months probation  period and later sign a permanent employee contract

Working Time: 12 Noon-8 PM

(Tuesday to Saturday)

Language Requirements:

· Fluency in English is required. The ability to work in local languages is a strong advantage.

Mandatory: Vaccinated (Two Dose)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
