Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with designers and writers to make the social calendar for the social handles of our clients
2. Manage the social profile of our clients
3. Increase the reach/engagement using organic methods on social media
4. Work on lead generation using organic methods
5. Come up with new ideas and strategies for growth and lead generation
6. Execute the strategic goals in building brand awareness and preference
7. Create brand loyalty and drive lead generation
8. Lead and establish our social media communications and advertising strategy
9. Create strategic social media policy whist providing consultation and recommendations for complex projects and initiatives
10. Educate, guide, and collaborate with department stakeholders to effectively leverage social media and digital marketing as part of their marketing and communication plans
11. Establish the process and guidelines for the development, management, and monitoring of content across owned, earned, and shared channels
