Responsible for taking care of in-house PM, Calibration and AMC activity and checking DG for its daily operation.Responsible for maintaining the biomedical waste inventory as well as biomedical room, UPS for its operation, liaison with biomedical vendor for waste collection.Managing cold room for its operation, update t Temperature log, RO plant for its operations, downloading the temperature record from the data logger as per the requirement.Liasioning with various stakeholders for breakdown work/PM/CAL/other activities including AMC quote.for instruments from the vendor and procurement team for related activities.Intending of housekeeping and stationary materials, monitoring deep- cleaning activities Liasioning with consultants in preparing statutory forms for KSPCB and KTPL.Updating the breakdown register, EMS Board, legal register, labeling of instruments.Coordinating with vendors for civil, maintenance and laundry services.Coordinating with housekeeping and security agencies for attendance and payroll related aspects.
