Facility Management Supervisor (Soft Services)

Job description

Facility Management Supervisor - Role will be to handle client's queries and complaints, Staff management and deployments as per their requirements and also need to hire/ arrange new staff, trained, skilled and deployed to fulfill the daily needs and other admin related activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manages and performs the assigned duties with minimal supervision.

2. Arranging ground employee/housekeeper as per their need

3. Managing their daily attendance, overtime or outside duties from designated location

4. Understand the Organization requirements, drive high quality and efficiency in vendor deliverables.

5. Understanding of cleaning needs and clients necessity during the working days

6. Well knowledge about of handing multiple jobs of Facility Management

7. Understand the Organization requirements, drive high quality and efficiency in vendor deliverables.

8. Assist with Facilities upkeep & miscellaneous requirements like cleaning materials and their tool and machines

Ability to follow direction, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Requirements:

Experience – 2 years (Min.)

Employment – Full Time, Permanent

Education- Graduation

Locality- Rewari, Haryana

Language- Hindi (English- Read)

Salary- Best as per Industry
