Facility manager
• Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative
operations.
• Overseeing the Security, Housekeeping and Parking Teams,
instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property.
• Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs and
contracts.
• Work alongside with the security and maintenance staff.
• Planning and coordinating with the team and inspecting or repairing electrical,
plumbing or janitorial problems.
• Maintaining records the facility, including maintenance bills and
payment information with Transparency.
• Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
• Keep staff safe
• Plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising of current premises
