- Job time: 10 AM - 7 PM (1/2 day working on Saturday)

Primary responsibilities:
- Candidate Should Be Well Versed With Factory Act & Labour Laws.
- Maintain all the Statutory Register under various Act
- Maintain Employee data base file
- Maintain all the Statutory Challan, Quarterly, Annual, Half yearly Returns under various Act & submitted within time limit
- Monthly Preparation of Factory Compliance MIS Report
- Contract Labour Audit done once in a quarter
- All the Vendors/ Contractors monthly invoice checking compare to statutory norms
- Monthly Visit to PF office, ESIC office, Labour office, DISH office, FSSAI, FDA office for the correspondence
- Handling PF, ESIC Inspection, Labour officer visit, Factory Inspection
