The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and Responsible for day to day factory operations.

2. Supervises all factory related activities & ensuring its efficient and organized management.

3. Responsible for security , quality and management of factory premises.

4. Manage Labour for loading /unloading /packing etc.

5. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of factory activities.

6. Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.

Requirement & Skills needed :

1. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.

2. Knowledge of ISO, Safety, GMP and Lean Practices.

3. Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.

4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

5. The ability to multitask.

6. Outstanding time management skills.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Effective communication skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelors’s degree in mechanical engineering/ Business administration/Industrial Management.
• 2-5 years experience must.
