Factory production in charge: For our western women garment unit, we need factory production in charge with minimum experience of 8 years.

Role Description:

·         This full-time factory Production in charge role is an on-site position located in Kolkata.

·         Preparing Production costing in ERP.

·         Making production Time and action calendar - based on the process flow of an order in coordination with the Senior Merchandise, Production manager and management.

·         Overseeing Product development and sampling in coordination with factory

·         Preparing Bill of material and In some cases, develop and purchase trims.

·         Preparing production files - Prepares production file with details documents, approvals, samples and swatches and comments on sample from buyer.

·         Keeping Track of orders whether it is running on time.

·         Keeping track of style status and updating the same Qualifications.

·         Bachelor's degree or higher in Merchandising / Production / Textiles & Apparels.

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in Merchandising, Product Management, or a related field.

·         Excellent communication and analytical skills.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
