Faculty /Teacher recruitment in Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology on deputation basis.
1.Adjunct Faculty - Food Process Engineering/3Posts
Qualification: M. Tech/ PhD with specialization in Post Harvest Technology/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering or Agricultural Engineering / Chemical Engineering specialized in Food Process Engineering. The desirable qualification is Ph. D in the respective disciplines.
Experience: A faculty retired from technical institutions or a person of eminence with a Post graduate or PhD qualifications having 10-15 years of experience from Industry/organization shall satisfy the following norms: Teaching and research organizations of State/ Central government Institutions/ Universities ,Central and State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) ,Reputed Industries
NRIs and PIOs working with reputed overseas academic, research and industrial organizations or having a demonstrated interest in Indian issues.
2.Physical Education Teacher - Contractual/1Post
Essential Qualification: Good Academic record with Master Degree in Physical Education with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in point scale). A minimum of five years of experience as a physical education teacher in a University, College or accredited Research Institution.
Desirable qualification: Record of having represented the university / college at the inter-university /intercollegiate competitions or the State and/ or national championships.
3.Project: Designing 3-D printed foods for personalized nutrition (GAP- 040)

Qualification: Ph.D. in Food Processing Engineering/Food Science & Technology/ Food Science & Nutrition/ Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology (or) M. Tech in any of the above subjects with two years of relevant experience.
4.Project: Commercial Sample analysis - DFSQT

Qualification: Masters Degree with NET passed in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Chemistry (or) M. Tech in Food Technology / Food Science and Technology / Chemical Engineering /Biotechnology.
The desirable qualification is Ph.D with working experience in a Chemical laboratory and experience in handling high-tech Instruments.
