Job Description

You are required to perform the following Duties during the Tenure of your service. Responsibilities : 
  • Manage and supervise all the Farm activities including Poly house, Nursery, Diary, Fisheries, Cold storage etc. 
  • Manage the farm labour force with minimum cost and maximum productivity.
  • Implement all the suggestion given by the Consultant or senior consultant. 
  • Ensure the right application of micronutrient and bio pesticides for all the plants for maximum yield. 
  • Manage the drip irrigation Prepare the crop plan for the nursery and the entire farm . 
  • Ensure adherence to the planning. 
  • Assist in organic certification Manage farm inventory and farm equipment’s. 
  • Advise the use of right micro nutrients and bio pesticides. Manage the database of farm output.
