Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the design process from conception through to final styling
2. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
3. Creating new designs as per current trends, create tech packs and 3D renders
4. Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts
5. Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy
6. Ensuring production quality with the production unit
7. Assisting with photoshoots and styling
