Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop new fashion concepts that align with our brand vision and target market
2. Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
3. Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into our designs to stay ahead of the competition. Continuously seek inspiration from various sources such as renowned fashion designers, art exhibitions, cultural trends, and social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, and fashion blogs
4. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of different fabric types, textures, and their suitability for various garment constructions
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design meetings to contribute fresh ideas and concepts to our collections
6. Actively engage with customers in retail settings, providing personalised styling advice, product knowledge, and assistance to enhance their shopping experience
7. Work on various projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
8. Lead and mentor junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills
