Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Managing the design process from conception through final styling
2. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques and seek design inspiration
3. Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines, and create new concepts
4. Ensuring the product is in agreement with the business strategy
5. Creating production sketches for development packages
6. Managing the production and ensuring quality check
