We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fashion professional to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our images reaches our customers.

The ideal candidate is a competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle and will be required to work closely with our internal team to suggest, monitor & control the quality, aesthetics & fashion parameters of our images.

The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Overseeing projects for prospective clients making sure our images meets their specific demands and converting them to long term relationships.

●       Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output of the images

●       Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied

●       Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action

●       Aiding business development by researching the clients needs and our offerings, improving sales communication,customer experience as well as B2B business development

●       Assisting the strategy team with research & conceptualization on client briefs

●       Working on strategic projects to develop new offerings and products in partnership with the technology, fashion, and sales team to respond to market trends, customer needs, and shopper insights

●       Eye for detail, Process Creation, Process Management, Problem Identification and Resolution

●       Identifying loopholes in the production process and fixing them

●       Understanding and translating the fashion needs to reality.

REQUIREMENTS

●       Proven experience in the Fashion Industry

●       Should have capability to differentiate between a good image and a bad image or sellable and non-sellable image.

●       Knowledge and awareness of International fashion trends is an essential requirement.

●       Must have exposure to garment designing and development in a reputed fashion house/company

●       Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or other relevant software

●       Should be updated on what's trendy in the fashion industry. 

●       Sound knowledge of fabrics & garments

●       Get the work done by collaborating with the internal teams on priority, have good interpersonal skills

Great attention to detail and a results driven approach

QUALIFICATIONS

●        Good knowledge of the Global Fashion Industry

●        Graduate or Post graduate in Fashion Management from NIFT, Pearl Academy or similar institutes.

●        Excellent communication skills in English
