We are looking for a talented engineer to work on design, development and support of Firmware for Marvell high performance Intelligent Ethernet Adapters (IEA) and Converged Network Adapters (CNA). The successful candidate will join our team of fast path embedded firmware developers to work on high speed Ethernet networking adapter Packet Processing Engine Core. The position requires the candidate to program custom processor architectures and be conscious of performance and latency considerations. Excellent debugging skills, micro-optimization, pipelining and understanding of modern networking. Specific requirements Excellent firmware programming experience is a must have Experience and understanding of modern embedded/SoC architectures Assembler level practical experience Proficiency in C lang and generic algorithmics Visible experience on work with various HW: PCIe, MMU, custom HW designs Packet processing, VLAN, TCP, Offload Engines, Filters, Virtualization, PCIe, SRIOV. Good to have Experience with networking storage technologies iSCSI, FCoE, NVMeoTCP would be a great plus. Experience with RDMA ( RoCE or iWARP) would be another great plus.
