Development Alternatives jobs - Fellow/ Deputy Manager

Support the implementation of projects focused on innovation in Micro and Small Enterprise development.

Responsible for:

·         Development and implementation of innovative models and tools for enabling access to credit, marketing and training for micro entrepreneurs,

·         Documentation of implementation, observations and case studies for reporting

·         Track progress of the models and develop potential linkages with the larger ecosystem

·         Capturing learnings and data from ground and create analytical reports for communication and knowledge products

·         Maintenance (accelerated data collection, validation and tracking new metrics) of dashboards for enterprise development programs 

·         Will be responsible for directly working with field team and entrepreneurs to provide enterprise support services
