Orgspire is looking for Fresher (Preferred Female Candidates with Excellent Communication Skill) to join our US IT recruitment Bench Sales team at our Bangalore office located in Koramangala, Bangalore, India.

• Willing to work in night shifts catering to US Business Hours, Mon - Fri.
• Excellent command in verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the various technologies in IT Recruitment.
• Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
• Self-Motivated and a Go-getter.

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Salary: 2,40,000/ Year

Shift Time: 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
