Job Description
Job Title: Female Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: 100% Remote - India
Years of experience: 2-4 Years
Looking for a Female Bench Sales Recruiter with sales experience.
Strong Communication skills with a passion for Bench sales and pursue career in marketing the consultants.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Bench Consultants.
Should handle entire Sales Life Cycle.
Proven Direct Client and Third party Sales experience.
Individual with a passion for Bench sales and looking to pursue their career in marketing consultants.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Day-to-day activities include reviewing resumes,
Posting Consultants profiles in Job Portals, Reference checks, Negotiate terms and rates for each project.
You should co-ordinate with interview process and all the concerned till the position is closed.
Ability to participate in all aspects of the sales cycle. Clear understanding of tax terms like W-2/1099 etc.
