Involved in handling the sales process to provide off-shore support to the clients based in US.
- Good exposure on Tax terms like C2C, W2 and 1099.
- Good working experience with different kind of consultants like H1B, OPT, GC, and TN
- Committed team player with strong analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt
to new environments & technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Possess excellent verbal & written communication
- Good experience in job portals like Dice and Monster, Indeed USA, Career builder.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of standard office equipment’s and also hardware & internet
- Knowledge of basic operating systems like MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.

- 2-3 years of experience in End to Endbenchmarketing process is preferred.
- Should possess awareness and excellent presentation, verbal communication, and organizational skills

Experienced in recruiting consultants on Corp-to-Corp.
- Marketing bench consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
- Working directly on end client requirements with Tier1 vendors/Implementation partners.
- Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions,
vendor/Implementation partner’s calls, and client interviews.
- Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, PO’s
Joining and MSA.

-Screening the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing
-Preparing the summary of every Consultants profile
-Uploading ourBenchconsultants resumes and hotlist daily.
-Interacting with vendors daily in order to identify requirements that suit the skill sets of our bench consultants.
-Establish and maintain professional relationships with consultants and vendors
- Responsible for marketing ITBenchConsultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors /Direct Clients.
- Acceleratebenchsalesnumbers, direct and assist salespeople to meet or exceed their KPIs and target quotas, and build our brand with the vendor community.
- Develop, maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
- Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiate best rates, following up for interview schedules,
closing the best deals.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and rate terms to close staffing deals.
- Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database.
- Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
- Dealing with consultants on Corp-to-Corp, W2 and 1099 basis. Expertise in screening and evaluating the candidates as per the US recruitment standards.
- 2-3 years of experience in End to Endbenchmarketing process is preferred.
- Should possess awareness and excellent presentation, verbal communication and organizational skills
