Service Executive – Assisted Matrimony Service @BTM
Responsibility
· CSR will call
prospects (Cold call) to generate leads.
· Manage large amounts of outgoing calls,
· Connect customer in their preferred medium
Whatsapp and facebook messages etc.
· Identify and assess SmallDay Matrimony customers’
needs to create wow in customer mind.
· Provide Service to customer using their
preferred mode of communication like call, whatsApp, facebook etc.
· Build good rapport of trust through open and constructive
communication.
· Achieve personal target and team targets.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
and alternatives till resolution.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies imparted during training.
Skill
· Good computer
awareness with working knowledge in Excel and browsers.
· Fluent in
Kannada must. English or Hindi speaking is added bonus.
· Customer follow
up, New customer acquisition.
· Responsible for
providing servicing to existing customer.
· Daily/ Periodic
reporting
