SALARY: Rs. 10000
SALARY DATE: 5TH of every month - ontime
TRANSPORT FACILITY: Pick up drop Van facility for Avadi Bus stand to Office
LEAVE: SUNDAY is holiday. 10 Govt holidays. 6 causal leave and 12 Earned leave after confirmation.
ANNUAL INCREMENT: Every April
FESTIVAL BONUS: Rs. 2000 before confirmation and Rs.5000 after confirmation
ESI / EPF: Available for interested staff
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
