Employee joining and exit formalities (Full and Final Process).
Payroll&Statutory.
Maintaining All HR Records. (i.e. Personal File of employees, All registers, Leave Registers, Attendance Record, Punching Reports, etc)
Maintained the record of Late Comings, Early Departure, Short Leaves, Absenteeism, Holidays, Leaves(SL/ CL/ PL),Follow up the Leave-Application and their formal approval, etc. and Maintained the computerized leave record in Excel sheet, leave ledger and muster roll registers.
