As a Female Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities:

Assist in generating leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.

Conduct research to identify potential properties for sale and stay updated on market trends.

Schedule and coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in their best light.

Assist clients in the home buying/selling process, providing support and guidance as needed.

Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining regular communication with clients.

Attend meetings with clients, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Assist in preparing purchase offers, listing agreements, and other relevant documentation.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards.

Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage client communications, appointments, and transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and terminology (training will be provided).
