Utvyakta Solutions, an Industry 4.0 systems integrator and Industrial Internet of Things solutions provider in Coimbatore are looking for  Technical Field Service Engineer to lead the field activities in the Foundryspace.

Being an Industrial IoT solutions provider with a Swedish origin and clients in India and Sweden, we are looking for a technical field engineer who can work in our client’s location to assist in installation, deployment, reporting and support the end to end development, production process enabled by our solution.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshooting of issues that may arise in the functioning of the solution, cameras, peripherals, computers, software, peripherals, and other hardware.

• Design, specify, configure, and install analogue and digital vision systems.

• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets, including camera systems, Alarms, lights etc.

• Begin to proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

• Identify new Applications and Opportunities for Product development.

• Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance of the machine vision-based Industrial Internet of Things solution in Foundries. 

• Attending breaks down calls and carry out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of defects and reduce repeats.

• Providing technical support and assistance to the customers in using the solution.

• Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction, preventive maintenance, timely and proper documentation of issues.

• Providing technical support to other FSEs as and when required.

• Should have Good PC hardware, software, and networking knowledge.

• Working with DMs, MDs and other field people to ensure the deployed devices are working properly.

• Report daily to the Sr.Director on the status of activity at the Customer’s end.

• Should have strong experience in problem-solving tools and effective resolution of customer complaints and defects that arise.

• Should be a dynamic leader and belief in systemic working and should be capable of driving the team towards effective implementation in the Foundry casting process.

• Experience and knowledge of Foundry casting operations would be an added advantage.
