Job Description :
Identifying and fixing gaps in procurement, dispatch, and display processes.
Checking clients' income and expenses records and suggesting cost cutting as required
Performing quality audits and other reports and making changes in retail management system as necessary
Visiting clients' locations and auditing operation and accounting procedures.
Important things he will have to keep with him all the time are Route plan sheet of outlets given to him to audit, permission letters if any, ID Card if any, Phone fully charged, and device fully charged before he leaves for audit.
• He must call TL one day prior to go on field and update same with Supervisor and regional manager.
• Leave on time for audit to his given outlets as per scheduled.
• Put his attendance in App before 10:00 AM and update schedule of day in app
