Job Description
Responsible for managing the collection of collections from clients and customers. Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
Responsibilities:
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Cash collection , Field visits, handling the customers face to face ,
Deposit hard cash collected amount ,visits on field customer place tracing the customer.
Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
Requirements and skills:
Knowledge of Collections for Secured/Unsecured business
Basic knowledge of Banking Good Knowledge of computer applications
Good communication skills
Collections Knowledge for secured/unsecured business.
Has worked extensively on field for collections.
