Job Locations : Kannur , Kasargode , Calicut, Wayanad & Manjeri Malappuram

Responsibilities:

Contact clients via phone/email to inform them about their outstanding payments or unsubmitted documents

Arrange in-person visits to collect outstanding payments or unsubmitted documents

Ensure collected material is submitted safely and maintain up-to-date records

Be aware of collections policy for effective implementation and take necessary legal actions in case of defaulters

Handling transactions, recovering the Debt, Maintaining the recovery data.

Make use of the system to handle skip tracing

Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans

Ensure accurate record of debtors’ basic information

Maintain a high level of confidentiality of the organization with its customers/debtors

Create an atmosphere of trust with the debtors to prevent future problems

Could assistant the organization in resorting to legal actions if need be

Maintain customer policies and procedures

This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
