Job Description
• DRA Certification Needed
• 3 years of Collection experience in Bank needed
• Two-wheeler needed
• Rs.2000 provided for petrol allowance
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Two-wheeler needed

• Good team handling capacity
• Good analytical skills
• Should be familiar with the local language and area
• Timely review with the team and take appropriate action
• Support and accompany field collectors on the field
• Respond immediately to customer query
• Patience and resilience
• Familiarity with state debt collection laws
• Review the company debtor list and monitor the accounts on a daily basis
• Investigate historical data for debts and bills
• Inform about notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made
• Follow up for legal actions when customers fail to pay their debt
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures
• Knowledge of collections software
