Job Description 

• Primarily responsible for providing excellent support and service to farmers and agri-businesses
• A typical day to day responsibility includes installing Fasal’s IoT hardware on-farm, troubleshooting any issues as and when it happens
• Build and maintain long term business relationships with customers
• Provide information to existing customers about new features of the product
• Be the single point of contact for our customers and act as an escalation point to customer grievances
• Work with internal cross-functional teams (product, sales, agriculture, etc.) to ensure customer's issues/solutions are addressed
• Regularly plan and conduct regular field visits to existing customers and collect feedback 

Skills & Experience

• Qualification - Undergraduate in IT, Electronics or related field
• At least 2 years of work experience in support and service role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative and friendly
• Passionate about serving the farmers
• Should be comfortable in traveling 80% of the time throughout South-India 
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
