  • SPOC for all engineering & infrastructure related issues across Flagship/Townhouse vertical. This includes MEP services, HVAC, Asset maintenance, power backups, lifts, appliances, civil works etc.
  • Posses knowledge about HVAC system, split and window AC, VRV system, Centralized ACs.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical distribution system, electrical protection, fault identification/ rectification, LT panels & HT side.
  • Working of DG, AMF panel, DG automation system, preventive maintenance.
  •  Sound knowledge of building architecture, seepage identification and rectification.
  •  Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, bathroom utilities, sanitary fixtures etc.
  •  Preventive planned maintenance of assets like lifts, boilers, water softeners,
  • Vendor onboarding and management:
  • Identification and developing vendors for all maintenance related works.
  •  Performance monitoring of vendors to ensure SLA adherence.
  •  Evaluate quotations submitted by vendors for various works to optimize costs.
  • Issue resolution:
  • . On‐site field visit to properties for fault rectification and preventive measures.
  • Responding to open maintenance tickets, resolve issues and get tickets closed within given TATS.
  •  Ensuring minimum blocked inventory due to maintenance issues.
  • Cost Optimization: Work with central team to optimize electricity, fuel, water, R&M costs and lead independent efficiency projects to bring in process improvements.
  • Reporting: Preparing and submitting timely reports (MS‐Excel, MS Word) on breakdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, Turn around times (TATs) & SLAs, electricity/fuel consumption.
  • Stakeholder management: Work in close coordination with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain and GMs/ AGMs to ensure smooth Engineering services operations.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3‐4 Years of relevant experience in facility management in a closely related industry (hospitality, services, healthcare etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS‐Excel/ MS Word.
  • Willingness to travel to sites (this is a field role)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time‐lines.
  • Good communication skills.
