1. To provide Site visits to understand customer issues and resolving them.
2. To demonstrate the Printers, Scanners, Factory automation, Cognex Cameras, On line printer, RFID Tags, RFID scanners and related instruments to customers with detailed features to promote sales.
3. To do installation at customer place for the above products and thorough knowledge on them.
4. To do spare installations and sent faulty spares to back office teams.
5. To update daily activity in reports and CRM.
6. Coordinate with service desk, back office team and customers.
7. Build smooth relationship with customers.
8. Ability to generate amc business from the customers.
9. Candidate should be a IT Graduate Fresher(B.Tech/BCA/BSC- IT).
10. Candidate should be able to travel long distances, knows Bangalore and nearby locations and have personal vehicle for transportation.
