Position - Field executive - Feet on Street team

This is a field role where the executive will be given a designated geography. The executive will have to follow a daily coverage plan and meet potential leads/job seekers and onboard them to the platform. This requires ownership, proactiveness and a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

-       Prioritization and assignment of job seeker leads

-       Ensure compliance by using existing  streamlined processes

-       Perform daily required tasks in terms of Field discipline(arriving on time on field, maintaining healthy attendance),document collection, completing daily onboarding targets, % Conversion.

-       Reach daily onboarding targets

Requirements:

-       1-2 years experience as field executive in companies like Ola, Uber, Rapido, Zomato, Paytm, Phonepe etc

-       Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented

-       Having a 2 wheeler

-       Having a smartphone

-     Local language is a must, English/Hindi basics

Even Better:

-       Previous startup experience

-       Self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude.

Job Types: Contract

Total Salary: up to 60k per month.

Base Pay [ ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000 ] + daily petrol allowance + PF + health insurance cover + Unlimited incentive earning potential
