Job Description

FIELD EXECUTIVE REQUIRED FOR RECOVERY OF LOAN .
VISIT CUSTOMER HOME AND CONVINCE THEM TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OF DUE LOANS AND SETTLE THE LOAN ACCOUNT.
INCENTIVE WILL BE PAID ON THE BASIS OF CASES CLOSED AND THE AMOUNT OF RECOVERY.
Responsibilities:
To tactfully engage with customers who responded to our legal actions for loan recovery/collection
To coordinate with / assist fellow colleagues to engage borrowers that responded to the Bank’s legal demands for formulation of a restructured and rescheduling (R&R) plan to management and proper follow through in documentation/admin function for implementation and monitoring that plans are diligently complied.
To promptly and diligently file Proofs of Debt (“POD”) for borrowers bankrupted or under Debt Repayment Scheme.
To assist in drafting report for write-off / write-down of borrowers’ accounts upon exhaustion of legal actions.
To assist in proper filing within the Loan Recovery.
To assist on other recovery work as assigned by the Head of Loan Recovery.
