Title: Field Information Officer

Field Information Officer
CMIE engages in data collection for its primary research. It conducts a sample survey of households. CMIE is looking for able candidates to conduct surveys in Bihar & Jharkhand.

The candidate is expected to 
* Hire his/her own team of surveyors to conduct the survey. 
* Plan and implement the survey in the scheduled time-frame. 
* Regularly train & motivate team members. 
* Respond to and follow up households by telephone/ personal visits. 
* Regularly report to the concerned manager on the conduct of field operations. 
* Assume and take ownership and responsibility of quality of information. 
* Conduct survey himself/herself in specific areas/households. 
* Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Expected candidate profile 
A Graduate with: 
* Strong communication and leadership skills. 
* Strong relationship building skills. 
* Willingness to travel. 
* Hiring abilities to put together a team of surveyors. 
* Smart personality and turnout. 

Previous experience One year supervisory experience in survey OR three years of non survey supervisory experience.
