Ø Achieving business targets for sourcing and loan disbursement.

Ø Updating location in google map by 8.30 am on daily basis without fail.

Ø Attend the centres for collections on time without fail as per the plan.

Ø Strictly update minutes book with denomination and attach receipt in the minutes book after collection. Update photo of minutes book in the whatsapp group.

Ø Behave politely and diplomatically with the customers . Incase of any issues raised at the loan centres report MTL head immediately.

Ø Once the collections of all centres are completed for the day, hand over the collection amount to the branch after preparing collection sheet with the approval from MTL head.

Ø On emergency situations if the FO’s are not able to reach the branch, deposit the collection amount in the bank and update the counterfoil in whatsapp group on the same day itself without fail.

Ø Conducting CGT meetings and conveying all the criteria's including about us and the products (especially MTL loan) clearly and transparently.

Ø House visits to be done for all the members and ensure all the criteria’s are met as per our procedure towards loan disbursement.

Ø File sourcing to be done only when the customer got satisfied about us and about our loan criteria’s after the CGT meeting

Ø Verifying and preparing all the documents for loan disbursement. Corrections and unfilled columns are strictly to be avoided.

Ø Attend the GRT as per the scheduled plan on time along with MTL head.

Ø Ensure the presence while on all committed and own centre loan disbursement without fail. Ø Responsibility of going to banks only for official purpose on requirement if request arises from BH/MTL head. Strictly adhere to the company policies, code of conduct and work rules.
