 TC Database with ratings

 By Agency and by town Data and analysis Controlling the quality of execution/ coverage

 Confirm stock availability and check the material status
and place an order to DME accordingly

 Regular Accompanied Calls and back-checks of the field as per plan

 100% Area Coverage focusing the right TA

 Productivity as per Plan

 100% control measures (cutting, marking of stock, etc.)

 0% Ramping

 Agency inventory audits as per plan
In Field reviews and training of the team on a regular basis To Keep the team motivated and generate healthy competition among TC's

 Perfect BCP –Marking, Demo/Detailing, Trial Offer, Objection Handling, Reporting, Recall, Closing the Call

 Performance of Team

 Ensuring Regular weekly Party for the TC's

 Seek help from DME / CM/ KAM in case of field issues

 Prompt in taking action on defaulting TC's CSA Compliance

 100% reports filed / audit done as per CSA

 100% stock/ Material reconciliation

 100% return of branded materials/stock from agencies
Records and reports

 100% accurate records and reports submitted on
time

 Check TC Call Sheet and Team Leader Reports and Tally with own.
Ensure proper stock payment collection from agencies

 A/R as per the norms agreed with the agencies

 Customer outstanding not beyond defined due dates
 100% invoices raised by agencies verified

 Submission of Agency Payment Reconciliation sheet with NOC at the closure of Campaign
