  • You need to generate business leads for the company which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.

  • Must totally focus on increasing the business by making various sales targets and estimating sales targets.

  • Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services and how different is our company from others.

  • Focus should be to increase the sales of the company.

  • Arrange meetings with the appartment associations or visit their offices or homes/flats to persuade them to subscribe to any service which our company is offering.

  • Must contact all the associations and potential customers to discuss our service would meet their requirements.

  • Primarily your focus should be on the sale and services to probable associations of appartments within a specific region.
