Field Marketing: Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including product demonstrations, promotions, and events, to engage potential customers and create brand awareness.

Market Research: Gather market insights and feedback from customers to identify opportunities, trends, and competition. Provide this information to the marketing team for strategic planning.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through field activities and provide potential customer information to the sales team.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as retailers, distributors, and local influencers, to drive business growth.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of field activities, including customer interactions, feedback, and competitive intelligence. Provide regular reports to the marketing manager.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of TVS products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in field marketing or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving market environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation for field activities.
