Job Description:

A Field Executive is responsible for the being our eyes & ears in the field for outdoor advertising related Information and Data gathering, Market Research for related services, Ensuring timely and effective installation of the outdoor solutions and other related aspects. This role is the pivot of our activities to ensure 'Great Quality' service to the client and key to roll out future offerings. We will need young, energetic, locally resident (in all District Headquarters of Uttar Pradesh and Delhi) executives with a desire to be part of growing Advertising and Market Research industry. This role will have significant travelling within the district and occasionally outside the district too.
Responsibilities and Duties:

 Ensure data gathering (as specified),agreement discussions at the local level, campaign support etc.

 Ensuring quality of service from the point of Installation of a media to the last point of a relationship (Service quality is non-negotiable)

 Business development support in the field as required with in-field coordination Market Research, Data Management, Internal Reporting

 Campaign Management

 To cultivate and maintain a professional image at all times

 Sets performance goals on a daily/weekly basis and achieve it
Qualifications and SkillsQualification: BBA, MBA or equivalent (any stream) with good verbal and written communication in the local language is a must. Knowledge of English is an additional Plus.
Skills required:

 In-Field skills e.g. locating new business inputs, primary data gathering etc.

 People skills Ensuring closure of tasks in a timely and quality manner
