Job Description

FIELD OFFICER
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad
Field Officers call the shots in our farmer partnerships and handle multiple responsibilities:
  • expanding Farmizen s partner network by on-boarding new farmers, organizing community outreach programs to introduce the Farmizen model to farmers.
  • co-ordinating with farm supervisors, farmers, agronomists, customer success team and delivery fleet to meet SLA of day to day operations.
  • ensuring farmer success via training on production techniques and usage of the Farmizen partner app, and identifying interventions necessary.
  • undertaking field visits to various partner farms to identify opportunities of improvement
  • document KPIs for farm operations
  • build relationships with irrigation providers and input suppliers.,
