About The Role:

Candidates are expected to manage the group collections & maintain discipline in the field. His/her main objective is to bring 100% collection and reduce the OD in the field. They are expected to increase company business by forming more groups with new members after proper due diligence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handles center meeting carefully and efficiently. 
• Helping members in completing loan application / documentation.
• Responsible for putting up the loan proposal to the branch manager on behalf of the members, after in-depth evaluation of the case.
• System entries to be done diligently.
• Responsibility of carefully handling the cash collected from the field till it is timely handed over to the concerned authorities at the branch.
• Conducting loan disbursements effectively (if any).
• Collection loan repayments as per schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

·       Should be 12th pass and above

·       Should fall under 18 to 29 age group

·       Should be physically fit to travel

·       Should have bike and phone
