Bigleap Technologies & Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for Field Operations Executives for a Major Bike Rental Company in Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate needs to stand outside metro station OR any area where rental bikes are parked & need to take care of its basic maintenance.
Needs to make sure the bike is in proper condition ( like brakes, gear, lights etc are working properly or not)
Maintain cleanliness of the bike.
Collect the Driving License from the customer who approaches for a bike for rent & hand it over
Hand over the Driving license back to customer once the ride is complete

Required Qualification

Minimum Inter Pass with decent English skills
Driving License Compulsory
Android Phone is must
Each candidate has to take care of 10-15 vehicles.
Job Location can be in open spaces OR near a Metro Station
For each metro station 3 FEs are required

Job Timings

3 shifts - Should be flexible for any shift
7 AM to 3 PM
3 PM to 11 PM
11 PM to 7 AM
Salary offered ( Every Month)
13000 pm take home
1000 RS attendance bonus ( If candidate works for 30 days)
1000 Rs extra based onn Audit & Ratin
After 3 months candidate will get Rs 1000 hike
After another 6 months he/she will get another hike
No night shift allowance
