Designation: Field Operations Executive

Position Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily on-site operations. 

1.    Process Management:

Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to streamline workflows and ensure consistency

Continuously review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes in business needs and technologies

2.    Resource Allocation

Manpower planning and allocation Planning  manpower requirement, manpower allocation planning   

Allocate resources effectively and timely including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands.

Coordinate training and induction of machine operators

Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast resource requirements and ensure adequate availability.

3.    Client Servicing

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their operational needs.

·        Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, concerns, and feedback

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services

4.    Performance Metrics and Reporting:

·        Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring operational performance

·        Monitor KPIs regularly, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

·        Generate reports and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

5.    Quality Control:

·        Implement quality control measures to ensure products or services meet established standards.

·        Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address issues and improve product/service quality.

6.    Budget Management:

·        Track expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives
