Job Description:

We are looking for a talent who would assist us to help recruit operational staff which are the core people who help in fulfilling the business.
He/she would be responsible to get such talent onboard.
The role would involve travel.

Role:

This job would have the following responsibilities:

To establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
To builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
To determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
To attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Responsible for Bulk Hiring for Kitchen Staff
To do frequent Kitchen visit to understand kitchen requirements for current gap
For presenting weekly report to Zonal Manager for hiring details.
Might have to travel for recruit people from filed
To negotiate with candidate & take them on board
