The Franchisee Associate will be responsible for supporting franchisee partners in Kurnool to drive sales growth, ensure brand visibility, and maintain operational excellence. The role involves dealer engagement, market development, coordination with internal teams, and execution of sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisee partners and retail dealers.
Support franchisees in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and brand guidelines.
Monitor franchisee performance and provide regular feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in Kurnool and nearby areas.
Drive product promotion, in-store branding, and local marketing initiatives.
Conduct market visits to assess competitor activity and customer demand.
Support new franchisee onboarding and setup activities.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management.
Assist in resolving dealer/franchisee queries and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Track KPIs including sales growth, coverage expansion, and dealer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales, franchisee management, channel sales, or FMCG/Building Materials industry preferred.
Experience in paints, construction materials, or retail distribution is an advantage.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a strong sales orientation.
Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
