Key Responsibilities

• Acquire CASA customers through field sales activities.

• Source Current Accounts and Savings Accounts from retail and business customers.

• Generate leads through market visits, references, and networking.

• Achieve acquisition and revenue targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.

Eligibility Criteria – CASA Profile

Relationship Officer (RO)

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

• Experience in CASA, Banking Sales, Financial Products, Insurance, NBFC, or BFSI sales preferred.

• Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month.

Sales Manager (SM)

• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience.

• Experience in CASA, Liability Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Team Handling preferred.

• Salary Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Candidates currently working with or having prior experience in the following organizations will be preferred:
