Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, door-to-door visits, and local marketing.
Sales & Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations, explain features/benefits (speed, pricing, plans), and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, address concerns, and complete the sales process to meet targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build loyalty, handle complaints, provide support, and follow up post-sale.
Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and stay updated on industry trends.
Local Marketing: Participate in roadshows, mall activations, or other local promotions to boost visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.
Result-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
Often requires a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for field work.
Experience in telecom/ISP sales is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are often considered.
