Roles and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Candidate should have worked at least 1 years as FMCG Field Sales / Pharmaceutical Sales / MRs / OTC Sales or Fresher also welcome.
2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully build relation with client/disturber / Wholesalers in assigned area .
3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
6. Are responsible of Sourcing and development of Distributor, Sub distributor , Channel Partner wholesaler & Retailer, Marts, Home who can buy FMCG product from company.
7. Flexibility with a strong sense of ownership for work
8. Effective oral and written communication skills

Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
2. Excellent skills on MS Office, Documentation, Advanced Excel.
3. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills Leadership and People Management
4. Competent time management skills
5. Self-motivated & Multi-tasking

Location: Etah, Agra, Barreilly, Badaun,Kasganj, Hathras, Firozabad, Aligarh, Bulandshahr, Mathura, Mainpuri, Etawah, Farrukhabad.

·         Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·         Fast learner and passion for sales

·         Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

·         Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

·         Extensive travel required
